After assessing your movement patterns, I'll design a program that includes resistance training, corrective exercises, and mobility training to have you feeling like a total BOSS.

Corrective Exercise Training
If you’re dealing with a nagging injury, just finished physical therapy, or want to start moving but don’t know where to begin, let’s connect. I’ll assess your movement, identify imbalances, and design a workout plan to help you move better and get back to what you love.
If you are women dealing with Osteopenia or Osteoporosis, I have a program that can help you rebuild your bone mass.

1:1 Personal Training
If you live in the Rehoboth Beach, DE area, I can train you in your home using your equipment or I can bring mine. You can also train in my home studio or with a membership, I can train you at Elite Lifestyle Initiatives in Lewes, DE. Since we live in such a beautiful area, I can even meet you outside to train, weather permitting.
I can train you or you can grab your spouse or friend for an intimate small group session.

Online
Using my app you can train online from anywhere. After we meet to discuss your goals, I can design a custom program for you to follow. The app includes demo videos for all exercises, so you can feel confident knowing what to do. We can track your progress on the app and you can reach out to me anytime with messaging.
